You’re Getting Married!!! Obviously because you booked with the coolest wedding company in all of the UNIVERSEEE duhhhh. Any who wedding planning can be a whirlwind of amazingness and just straight up stressful. Well good news we are here to help you. Below are some vendor referrals, tips, what to expect, and more. Also you are always welcome to email or message us on social media if you want any advice or helpful tips because we got you just please allow up to 2-3 days to respond unless it is the week of your wedding we should get back with you within 24hrs or less.
What to expect From Us
If you have an engagement session in your package feel free to reach out to us to schedule it otherwise we will assume you are wanting your session sometime in the summer or farther out than a year (depending on your wedding date) and will contact you at a later date.
1-3 months out from your wedding date you will receive a questionnaire. Once you have that filled out you will receive an email with a general timeline of the day. You will take a look at it and if any changes need to be made we will tweak it accordingly.
The day of please have your bridal details all together when we arrive so that way there’s no time being wasted looking for them. Have a box with the rings (bride and groom), invitation (if you want that included), any jewelry, shoes, etc.)
I would highly recommend having a copy of the timeline of the day emailed or printed out for your bridal party if you have one! So that way they know when they are needing to show up and it will take up less time going to find people and set the expectations we have of them for the day accordingly.
General direction throughout the day and incredible photos taken!
During the family photo portion we will be using the list you gave us from the questionnaire to check off the specific groupings of family members to help things run smoothly.
We will always come and see you before you leave to make sure there’s no further things you would like photograph or if you wanted to add on additional coverage you could have that option as well.
Expect a sneak peek within 1-4days of your wedding date on social media for photo and up to 1 month for video if applicable.
Your photos will be finished within 4-8weeks of your wedding day on an online gallery for download.
